Met Ballu at liverpool st and we went to exchange square to see the bombay sapphire glass house.
They greeted us with a gin and tonic and then a tour of the 10 botanicals that were in the drink and a description
of some of the inspirational glass desifns on display. We then had another gin and tonic and some very nice
canapes. We then got a demonstration of how to make a number of cocktails. The martini, the cosmopolitan,
the tom collins and another one with cream, the chap was very entertaining and we got to have one each of
the coctails. Afterwards we got a goodie bag with our own glass and coctail shaker and ingredients for a further
cocktail so very good value for £15.
