Champagne Tasting 24/04/2007

After work went to the hide bar in bermondsey with Sylvia, Christine and Sejal. Christine had spotted that one of her local bars was doing tasting evenings, and tonight it was champagne. The tasting was free and lasted about an hour. We tried a brand of champagne called ayala which was made by Bollinger. We all liked the first champagne which was zero dosage, which meant it had no sugar added. Their was also a representative from ayala who gave us a little talk between each type. Their were also two types of Rose champagne and we tried either 5 or 6 different ones in total. The Bar also had their own beer and I tried their pale ale and also had a bottle of old growler before we all clubbed together and bought a bottle of the zero dosage.
