Mars Landing 06/08/2012
I woke up at four thirty am to catch the five thirty am train to the natural history museum to see the mars rover landing. I got to the hall at 6.00 am on the dot and had the chance to grab a coffee, before going in, a lot of folks were already there and we were filled in one row at a time so there would have been no opportunity to sit with James if he had made it. The lecture room was boiling but a small price to pay for the atmosphere. Luckily it was all a success and I learnt a lot. I also got to see a replica of the device.
