Chocolate Appreciation 20/11/2007

Off to a chocolate appreciation meeting. The event was in a lecture room off the London School of Economics. Christine was already there helping the chap to prepare. We started off sampling the components of chocolate the mass and the cocoa butter, individually neither of these was particularly nice. We then went on to try try dog chocs which had a certain part of the chocolate removed. I didn't mind this too much, had an interesting texture. We then tried some chocolate that was only different due to 4 microns. The 28 micron chocolate was much smoother than the 32 micron. Then we got onto the really good stuff. We tried chocolates that the likes of Kylie Minogue and Gary Barlow were fond of. There was plenty of chocolate to take home as well when the event was finished.
